Portugal Shipping:
Domestic – 2-5 working days*
*our larger orders (multiple box orders) will take longer to put together due to the fact that there are more items to curate. Please allow up to 14 working days.
International Shipping:
Spain shipping – 2-10 working days
(Import duty fees and taxes for international orders may be required at your destination country, the buyer is responsible for this.)
France shipping – 2-10 working days

RETURNS

Spiky Vintage sells Grade A second hand clothing* (please refer to our Sizing / Condition page for more information on Grade A & B clothing).
*This does not apply to the Resell Box where you can find Grade B items. Grade B vintage is expected to show signs of age, such as fading, fabric wear, minor holes or stains.

To ensure compliance with The Consumer Rights Act 2015, all of our garments are professionally laundered and passed through a strict quality assurance process. Our garments are measured to establish an accurate representation of the item’s current size. For more information on sizing, please refer to our Sizing / Condition page.

We ensure that all garments are of satisfactory quality, are fit for purpose and are as described. Garments with minor fading, fabric wear and distressing are expected. A customer has the right to return an item if it is received faulty or damaged.

We sell mystery boxes where the garments are chosen by Spiky Vintage at random for our customers and we do our best to meet your style expectations.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on our Mystery Boxes or on the Resell Box, even if the item does not fit or does not match the consumer preference. We stand by this position because it’s a mystery box, so the consumer is aware that the item is random and can not match the consumer preference.

We accept returns on individual pieces only (pieces that are not sold in mystery boxes).

A customer has the right to return an item if it is received faulty or damaged. This right applies if the customer detects the defect in the first 15 days of receiving the piece. After the 15 days no returns are accepted.

The cost of returning non-faulty goods is our responsibility only if the item is damaged. 

The refund amount will be issued as soon as the order is received by our team using the same payment method as the order was placed (Except in the case of ATM).

If the customer does not like the fit or thinks the piece is too small/big the responsability of the return is paid by the customer.
