Spiky Vintage sells A quality second-hand clothing. To ensure compliance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, all our pieces are professionally laundered and undergo a rigorous quality assurance process. Pieces are measured to establish an accurate representation of current size. For more information on sizes, please see our Sizes/Condition page.
We guarantee that all parts are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. Items are expected to show slight fading, fabric wear and general wear. The customer has the right to return an item if they receive it defective or damaged.
We sell surprise boxes where pieces are randomly chosen by Spiky Vintage to our customers and we do our best to meet your style expectations.
Sizes
As all of our clothing is second-hand (vintage), we may find pieces that have lost their size tag or have shrunk/enlarged over the years, no longer matching the labeled size. To combat this, our team of curators measures each piece and assigns a “fits as” size.
Our lower garments are sized based on the original labeled size, which can be found on the back label (Levi’s) or the inside care label.
When placing an order, we recommend that you choose a larger size for a comfortable fit.
Condition
We strictly source only A quality vintage pieces. A quality vintage pieces are expected to show signs of age such as fading, fabric wear and general wear.
All of our pieces are professionally washed and go through a rigorous quality assurance process, which involves authentication, condition checking and sizing, before they are picked and packaged for orders.
Surprise Boxes and Shipping Time
All of our surprise boxes are individually chosen and curated and are not pre-packaged, which means shipping times may be a little longer to ensure we create the perfect vintage selection for you. Shipping times are as follows:
Shipping to Portugal – 2-5 business days* *Our larger orders (multiple boxes) take longer to prepare due to the quantity of items to be cured. Please allow up to 14 business days.
International Shipping
Shipping to Spain – 2-10 business days* *Our larger orders (multiple boxes) take longer to prepare due to the quantity of items to be cured. Please allow up to 16 business days.
Shipping to France – 2-10 business days* *Our larger orders (multiple boxes) take longer to prepare due to the quantity of items to be cured. Please allow up to 16 business days.
Right of Cancellation
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. These are part of your legal rights under the Consumer Contracts (Cancellation, Information and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
The cancellation period expires after 14 days from the date. The 14 day cancellation period begins the day after you, or a person identified by you to take possession, receives the goods.
To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. email).
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication regarding the exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.
Effects of Cancellation
We will make the refund without undue delay, and no later than: (a) 14 days after the day on which we receive back from you any goods supplied, or (b) (if earlier) 14 days after the day on which you provide evidence that you have returned the goods, or (c) if no goods were supplied, 14 days after the day on which we were informed of your decision to cancel this contract.
We will make the refund using the same payment methods that you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.
International Delivery Conditions
Import duties and customs fees may be applied by the destination country and are the buyer’s responsibility.

Right to Free Resolution
According to article 10 of DL 24/2014 of February 14, the customer has the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without the need to provide justification. Effects of Resolution
We will make the refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receipt of the returned goods or proof of dispatch of the same. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used in the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.
